Refund Policy
7 Days Return and Money Back Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item Theyorder.com offers for return of the item and refund for the same within 7 days of delivery. Our return and refund policies are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • If you are not satisfied with our item you could return it within 7 days of receipt of the item.

  • The return can be made for a refund of the 90% of invoice value.

  • The value of the item being returned should not exceed Rs 10, 000 in case of the 7 days return and refund policy.

  • Only ready-to-ship items are eligible for return/refund. Made-to-order (custom- made) items are not eligible for return/refund.

  • Once your item is received, a Quality Assurance check will be conducted on the item to check for signs of wear/ alteration or resetting by any product other than theyorder.com.

  • The item should be accompanied with the security tag, label and copy/original of invoice for all return/ refund.

  • The item to be returned should be packed in the packaging cover provided by theyorder.com. The packing should be done in front of the courier agent.

  • In case the customer cannot produce the Original Product Invoice, the product will be taken back.

  • The amount for refund will be determined by theyorder.com when the item is received.

  • In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon,      Discount or Promo Codes.

  • If the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then theyorder.com will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.

  • Theyorder.com reserves the right to change the price of the return/ refund subject to the condition of the returned item.

  • CST is applicable for return and refund transactions. The current CST is 14.5% of the market value.

  • In case of refund, the payment shall be made by way of A/C Payee cheque within 15 days of receipt of the item subject to acceptance.

  • Theyorder.com purchased from the Website can be returned only by calling us within seven (07) days from delivery of the item.

    • Request for Return and Refundy
    To return an item purchased through theyorder.com, contact us on our Customer Service through e-mail and call. The request for return should be made within 07 days of the receipt of the item. The request will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the request. The following details should be provided by you while sending us a return request: y
    1) Order Id
    2) Payment Details
    3) Invoice Number

    Process for Return and Refund
    To return an item purchased through theyorder.com, simply mail us on care@theyorder.com with your details as mentioned above or call us on our helpline customer numbers.

    Shipping of Returned/ Exchanged Items:
    Free shipping is available for return of item within the 07 day return and refund policy.
    The customer shall bear all the shipping charges after the 07 day period expires on all products for Return/Exchange/Money back schemes.

    Refund in case of non- availability
    Any refunds due by theyorder.com to the Member for non-availability of product shall be made in the following manner:
    Credit card: The credit card/debit card account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by the theyorder.com. The refund amount will be credited to the Member's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card. 
    Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Member by the theyorder.com within seven (7) business days or as per the specific bank timelines, after the receipt of request for refund by the Member. 
    Cash or demand draft: If the Member has made a purchase by paying via cash or demand draft, theyorder.com shall pay the refund amount to the Member through a demand draft within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the payment by us. 

    Refund in case of twice order for a single product
    Duplicate Clause: If customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction via same source within 03-07 days.

    Exchange or Upgrade:
    The customer can exchange any product brought from us after the 07 days return period through our 7 days Exchange and Upgrade policy. This policy is subject to the following terms and conditions.
    products consisting of studded Exchange at 80% of current market value
    After valuation for exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new item chosen and the valuation of the old item before dispatch.
    Loose Diamonds sold by theyorder.com shall have the buy-back provision. All buy-backs shall be in the form of exchange and not for cash.
